Day 5 Streaky Bay to Whyalla 548 KM's

Day started off well with breakfast and a cup of tea. Packed the bikes and headed to the servo for fuel... We received another donation of $10 from Streaky Bay Pest Control. $40 to date from random donations.

We headed off to Port Lincoln, a tough days riding with another warm day 34.5c and a hot northerly wind. Port Lincoln was disappointing, very working class and industrial... Pie gates are required... (John). We probably had the worst cup of tea ever... And I had a stale sandwich. We did not stop long and headed up the coast to Whyalla... The wind was very bad coming in from the left and pushes us all over the road.... Very tough riding so be stopped every hour or so until Whyalla. Finding a motel was a bit of a challenge but we got one which includes continental breakfast...

Off to Adelaide tomorrow.... Here is a couple of pic from today
